Ive filed 0 this whole year so what do I get back?

Im a single student living at home with my parents... I've filed 0 this whole year... so what am I looking to get back??

Do I get my state and federal back .. while they keep the Socal Security and medicare??

You never get the Social Security and Medicare back. Why would they give that back when (hopefully) you will draw it some day?

It all depends on how much money you grossed and how much they with held from your checks. Not everyone gets the same amount back just because you claimed 0. Always claim 0 or you will end paying in.
