You can either separate your birds or add another food and water dish to your cage. If you have two of each dish the one bird that fights can not be at the both dishes at the same time. Just make sure they aren't close to each other. Giving them more than one dish should do the trick.
If your cage is big enough you could also try adding another female that way both males could have a female to bond too. I don't know how well that would work. You would need to ask a breeder or a pet store worker.

Listen 3 Years and 4 Months Is A Long Time Especially At That Age. No Matter What Couples Fight And Break It Off....But You 2 Must Love Eachother. Your Both At The Age Where You Sit Down And Have Faith You 2 Will Work Out At The End Or Break It Off Then. I Know Its Hard And Defintly Hard To Walk Away From, But At The End Your Still Young And Could Catch Up With The Girls Having Fun Or Theres Other Fishys In The Sea. Maybe You 2 Can Be Just Good Friends, Or You 2 Will Realize How Much You Love Eachother. x0

First I would suggest providing more feed areas for them. They may actaully be fighting to establish the pecking order and providing more food dishes will allow for the 'top bird' to eat at his favourite one while the others can still eat.
If this doesn't work you may have to seperate them. (In fact, if you are that worried and they haven't eaten in a long while you should sepereate them now and think about reintorducin them again later to try other ideas.) Some birds just don't get along with eachother, it's like people. Different persoanlities can clash. You might just not like someone for no real reason and birds ca be the same.
Other suggestions are, is the cage big enough? If they feel cramped they may fight becuase they have no personal space and ability to get away from each other. Budgies need quite big cages and long, not high. What you might think is a huge cage might actually be only very samll becuase birds susually only use the top portion of their cage, greatly reducing the amount of space.
Also, are you sure they are really fighting and not just mucking around? Budgies can be pretty forceful when they are playing or telling one another to go away. But from the sounds of it they are really fighting, as you say they arn't letting each other eat.
Perhaps as a last resort you could think of intorducing another feamls budgie, although I would think long and hard about doing this becuase if one of your birds just doesn't get along then you'll only be adding to the problem.
Don't listen to anyone who says it's becuase they are males and you can't keep 2 males together (or 2 females together for that matter) becuase you can. I have 2 males and 3 females and they never fight. They nip and sometimes push each other over, but nothing serious. It is the individual personality of the bird which determins who it will get along with.
Hope it all work out!

I have a parakeet too, and i asked my dad if i should get a female or a male. He said a female. Male parakeets tend to fight with a male parakeet and females do the same. Maybe try to keep them separated.

Try one male with the female for one week and then the other alone with her. Put her with the one she is more compatible with. One male needs to get his own pad. This competitive behaviour will not stop and will worsen if more birds are added. Have a tweet year.

That is absoulutley normal. But it will take some time for them to take turns. That is what happened to mine. Oh, and put more than one container. It really works. That is what I did.

Have you thought about separating them in different cages?
Then they won't fight and they will be able to eat.
