I've always had this cawlick in my hair and its really annoying. I want to know if i can get rid of it or cover it up.

You'll never get rid of it. Tease or backcomb the area where it is and spray with hair spray that area. Getting a perm helps to train it to lay better with fullness allover. It will show less and blend in with surrounding hair.

Age will get rid of anything. Give it some time.

I had one too, but now it's not as bad since I let my hair grow. Try not to get haircuts where they will trim that area. Best thing, let your hair grow.
