I want to know is there any way possible that an especial micorphone or device can cancel your loud voice into complete silence.

OK, Here is what you want to know.
you would have to buy a sound analyzer, to figure out what the sound waves are like, then invert them. That is to send out the opposite waves with a sound generator. This is just the basics. Sending out opposite sound waves will nullify the other and silence insues.
They are experimenting this with trying to put a small portable device on cars to make them silence. Still in the experimental stage though.

Yes you reverse the Phase, Phase cancellation is a technique already in use for reducing noise from trAFFIC ETC.
