Ok well I'm confused, if you dont get enough sunlight, you dont get enough vitamin d, but if you DO get sunlight, it causes premature aging. Now I really dont know what to do, I don't want my skin to age and look older but I dont want to be deficient. Would getting about 5 minutes of sun per day cause any premature aging?

I cant wear sunscreen everywhere I go. It makes my face look shiny at work. I have tried it before and I had ATLEAST 50 people ask me "why do you have sun screen on? It makes your face shine too much"
