mmm. when someone holds a gun to your wifes head and says if you dont have sex with someone else than they will kill her. then, it is ok to cheat. or if the fate of the whole world rests on your shoulders and you have to cheat to save the world, that is ok too.
other than that, never.

It is wrong to cheat and most people who do cheat do it because they do not get what they want from their spouse.

The answer would be never, if you are in a relationship it is because you both saw something you liked in each other, it is irresponsible to destroy someones confidence because you think the grass is greener with someone else.
