When i shave my legs, it feels smooth but for some reason when you look closely it looks like my hair is already starting to grow back even when it's not really, any suggestions on how to solve this

Get a better razor (if you want to) and use an after shave lotion. I use Johnsons Baby Lotion. It isn't greasy, has a light smell, and last all day beyond wearing pants. Most of the time it doesn't cause razor burn to fire up. It works for almost everything, I will even use a tiny bit on my face if it's dry. I hope you find something that works for you. :)

What you're seeing is the hair just beneath the surface since all that shaving does is cut hair off right at the surface. Waxing pulls it out at the root so you won't see it for a good three weeks.

What you have it what every female goes through and cannot get rid of well all have it...We have big pores on our legs that the hair grows out of. And really theres nothing out there (that I know of unless they made it ten min ago) that can help it...
