Puerto Rico is an Island so It's surrounded by water aka Coast lines aka Beaches...so take your pick...
From Ocean park in the Condado, Isla Verde in Carolina, Luquillo Seven seas, Guanica's Guilligan's Island and Ballena,Ricon best surfing beaches,,,

We have over 300 miles of beaches incliding Vieques and Culebra islands. Flamenco beach in Culebra is considered one of the best ten in the world. In San Juan metro area Isla Verde, Escambrón, Condado and Ocean Park are the places to go. Luquillo beach is a must and not far from San Juan. Cabo Rojo and Guanica have the best ones of the south west area but there are lots of beautiful beaches around the island.
