Well, that depends on what kind of store you are decorating the window for.
I owned a pet shoppe for 6 years so I put aquariums and pet supplies in the window. I also groomed dogs so I bought a life size ceramic poodle and put that in the window. I sat the aquariums on stands which we sold and placed various products like fish food and pet supplies in different configurations each week.
Use your imagination and experiment with how things look. If you are artist it should be easy to do.

What kind of window are you talking about? Look a decorating books. Or look at other store windows.

PUT UP SOME NICE EDGING ALL THE WAY AROUND THE WINDOW LIKE A FRAME THEN DISPLAY YOUR PRODUCTS SO THEY ARENT JUST LYING AROUND ON THE DECK BUT ARE UP AND SHOW COLOR AND WARMTH . SHOW CONTRASTING COLOR TOO. HAVE SOME PRODUCTS CLOSE TO THE WINDOW AND OTHERS FARTHER AWAY TO CREATE DEPTH. THEN PUT UP A LARGE SIGN THAT SAYS " GET IN HERE " ! ! ! !
