I think you're looking at the "pronunciation" line in that lexicon dictionary result. I imagine that means that's how the word for "god" in Aramaic is pronounced. And I'm guessing those capital letter indicate which of the letters and marks would be written out in Aramaic script, since (like Hebrew) the written Aramaic word would not have printed most of the vowels. .
