When this question was posed to Prahlada by his father Hiranyakasipa, God emerged from a pillar in the form of NARASIMHA(half man and half lion). This is in Purana.Recently a similar question was posed by Vivekananda to Ramakrishna Paramahamsa and he had shown him Goddess Kali. GOD is more of a concept than a reality, a way to explain and attribute unknown phenomenon. It/he/She is also a way to make people believe if something good is done we get something back and vice verse, think for a minute if you firmly believed that nothing bad will come to you even if you commit the utmost sin(what ever you believe the utmost sin to be), wldnt your whole outlook on life change?so to meet a concept you have to meet the perpetrator of the concept which is the human race, hence the term god is in every man

Christ and God the Father are in Heaven (God the Father never left) and the Holy Spirit is on earth in the lives of all who belong to GOD.
You wanna meet Him? ask him. Get saved and baptized, and develop a good relationship with God. He rewards those who diligantly seek Him.
ADVICE: be open. God doesn't always turn up in a way you recognize. You don't always see Him, touch Him, etc. Sometimes He reveals Himself in His Word, in your mind, and sometimes He is really hard to recognize, as He can give info to others to tell you, or reveal himself ina miraculous or subtle way.
and the only people who tell you He isn't real are those who are bitter and angry at God or the world.

Daily I am meeting God. not today only. So, he need not do miracle or magic to prove himself. I see God in every creation of the God.

To have an accurate knowledge of the Lord means life ever lasting if you apply it to works that leads you to repentance and acceptance of Jesus as God made flesh, confirmed by the Holy Ghost, and to become baptized..
The Holy Ghost will direct you if it is God's will.

Well,he is everywhere and if you want to feel him the just close your eyes and mediate. I'll like to tell one incident i.e Once to a man(exactly I don't know his name he was a freedom fighter)it was told that God is no where. Then that man told yes you are right God is now here.
