I have a full U.K. drivers licence, tried calling/emailing DVLA and cant get to speak to anyone. Do I get a form from the Post Office?

Don't fall for that site trying to flog you an "International Driving Licence", their offering has no use at all in law!

AA or RAC. Don't need to be a member. Some high street offices could do a walk in service, don't count on port offices though

Best bet is to find your nearest AA or RAC shop, most major cities have one. Walk in, bring photos, pay (I think) about 15 quid and job done.
