If you are living under your parents roof, you have to abide by their rules. If a young man is interested in dating you, he needs to have enough respect for you to follow your parents rules.
Anyone that I ever dated had to meet my parents first, and actually had to spend some time with us as a family. Not just a wave from the curb or driveway. I was not allowed to date at all during the week when I was in school, only on weekends.
If the young man does not want to follow these rules, he is not the choice for you. Please respect the fact that your parents are strict because they love you, and want you to date men that are respectful of them and therefore you.
Believe me, there is nothing wrong with having parents that are strict, I dated a few young men before meeting and marrying my husband, and we have followed the same types of rules with our children. It is a win, win situation for all. Best of luck to you and have a good night.

Mexico ya? well, i dunno much bout Mexico. but i do know some ppl face this type of problem. i have few questions for u;
1) Do u respect or family? If u do, your guy should respect them too.
2) Do you feel embarass to tell others bout you family? why is that so? Come on, there are your family. They are the one who will be there for u when u r down.
3) Do you feel like wanted a boyfren? if yes, then just tell the guy bout ur family's strict rules. If he loves u with true heart, i'm sure he will understand too.
So, dosen't matter what he say. But the most important is he must have a true and strong heart to love u. That's all my fren

I wouldn't worry about telling him the rules until he asks specific questions that pertain to them. At this point, it's not so important for him to know and telling them to him up front might just scare him off. Just go along with your family's rules and enjoy going out with him. Let him get to know you and he might just come to respect the rules.

It's cool. (especially since he asked YOU)
Guys (the good ones anyways) completely understand if a girl's parents impose rules. Plus, that just gives y'all an excuse to get out of the house and do something (hopefully with your parents' money).

Those are not strict rules. Those are completely reasonable rules. They should not be a problem. If you like him, say yes!
