I honestly can't focus at work, home, or school any more (more than usual anyway) I feel like I'm constantly stressed out, and during "free days" I get really flip floppy and can't make a decision on the simplest things.

I don't know where you live but try getting outside for at least 20 minutes a day - get some sunlight (daylight if it's cloudy.) Take a walk. Get fresh air. Make yourself do it.
If after a week or so you still feel like carp - go see a doctor and tell them how you feel. Get a thyroid test , blood work, etc before you go on the anti-depressants they'll probably prescribe. But if all checks out and they tell you take some - OK. Physical exercise will usually help a person feel better, though. Start with a walk in the fresh air, in the sun.

Go to the gym a get a great work out. It would feel like hell when you get up, start the car and when you finally get there you still wont want to work out. but you get all your energy back once you finshed working out.

It sounds like depression.
It isn't anything to be ashamed of.
Be sure and see your doctor
