I'm a newbee to Minnesota, so please help. I'm trying so hard to fit in with the "best state to live in" since 1997.

On a country highway, old ladies drive 45 and on interstates, they drive 85.
A country highway which is mostly two lanes, runs by everybody mailbox and through every little town on the route, a
lower speed limit, whereas a interstate is limited excess, a set speed limit, no cross roads.
This is just a brief example.

It doesn't matter where you are you ought to know the difference between a "country highway" and an Interstate Highway. There are three types of highways. Interstate Highways, US Highways, and State Highways. Some states have what they call county roads but their not highways as such. Interstate and US Highways travel through different states. State highways only exist in the individual state in which they are located. Interstate and US Highways are numbered with odd and even numbers. The even numbered highways go east and west like I-10 or I-20 or I-70. The numbers get larger from south to north. US Highways are the same way. Odd numbered highways go north and south like I-5 along the west coast or I-95 along the east coast and the numbers get bigger from west to east. The speed limit on Interstates is usually higher in most areas and the Interstates are non stop thoroughfares.
