My social workers called 911 on me got me put in the mental hospital, just because I was a little late to go to a day treatment program. Good thing the hospital didn't keep me. Come to find out, my worker lied on me, saying that I was threatening & violent, which was not true. He lied on me, just to make me look bad. Just because he was upset with me for being late. I was on my way to go to the program.
The Dr. put me on the wrong medication. Ever since, I've been having sleeping problems, so I fell asleep late, so quite naturally I'm going to wake up late, right?

Wow what a jerk! That was very very wrong of him and you should let him know. You should talk to your boss and tell them what he did to you because he should be punished somehow. And whatever medicine they gave you, stop taking it! You dont want to become dependent on it and you dont want it if its making your sleeping abnormal.

There are always two sides to a story. This was a bit unclear to me.
If you are mentally unstable, your social worker may have just been worried about you and perhaps following guidelines for the program.
The most important lesson to be learned here is that you need help to work through your problems, and I hope you can find comfort in talking to others and with your therapist.

different causes. speaking about committing suicide is likely one of the most uncomplicated in spite of the undeniable fact that it would want to correctly be something. all people who's available to themselves (e.g. critically delusional/paranoid, suicidal, menacing others, unable to look after themselves, etc.) might want to be positioned right into a psychological well being facility antagonistic to their will for as a lot as 2-3 months and likely longer if the clinical care does no longer something to help the guy. also, now and again someone in a extreme state of misery who's conscious they're critically mentally ill will dedicate themselves, yet this does no longer take position very typically because the most heavily disturbed regularly imagine no longer something is incorrect with them and that others are truly out to get them, doing them incorrect, etc.

you are absolutly right the medication can make you sleep alot and therefor it is hard to make it to appointments on time. Your social worker needs to be evaluated asap. He sounds like a threat to society. If anything he should get fired because he is trying to use his position to control you. That is a red flag for an abuse of the system by a gov worker. He is costing the tax payers money because he is immature and controlling.

I'd report that person, if what they said was true. Or try to get a different one. It's harder to get committed now days than it was in the past. They'd throw you in for almost any reason. Now you have to be violent to either yourself or others before being involuntarily committed.

you have to develop the trust and show others that you are capable of being responsible.
if you do not they might not know what you are up to and be cautious instead of too late to help you.
i do not believe any one with the authority to do so would put youin hospital for" frivolous reasons"
you need to take responsibility for your actions and show by your deeds that you can manage on your own and cope, even if it is with on going counselling.

You need to let your dr know what happened. They probably can do something, or at least look into it.

MY BEST ADVICE , GET A NEW PROGRAM AND / OR JOB WHERE PEOPLE ARE MORE NICER ..I WOULD NOT TOLERATE THAT KIND OF TREATMENT , I WOULD SERIOUSLY TALK TO A SUPERVISOR ABOUT THEM IF THEY DO IT ONCE , THERE IS ALWAYS A SECOND TIME..BUT GOOD LUCK! GOD BLESS YOU!
