what you're doing sounds really good but might need a bit of tweaking. So the proteins that you eat, make sure they are trimmed of fat and arent cooked in oil etc. Go lean meats especially chicken without skin and fish.
I'd also say throw in soem kind of stretches whether it be pilates, yoga or just stretching before workouts; it will get the blood circulating to deeper parts of your adipose/fat tissue to remove them.
ave you looked at carnitine? it activates your fat stores for fuel so they are burned up when you exercise. Can be taken on the days you go to the gym. Also, if you are buying pre-made stuff like meats with marinades, sauces etc make sure they aren't sauces with sugar because this can undo a lot of your good work.

A proper diet is the best way to lose weight naturally and keep it off. You have to eat a varied adequate and balanced diet. Your body needs all kinds of food to function properly including fat in smaller quantities though. Your body needs the nutrients and vitamins in fruits and vegetables the most, that is what you should eat the most of (at least 5 servings a day). You also need protein, and a little fat. Reduce your intake of sweets, fried food and foods that contain a lot of fat. Don't drink too many alcoholic beverages or soft drinks (they have a lot of calories). Don't go to sleep right after you eat. And finally exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week for about 45 minutes.Good luck. You can also get more information about nutrition from this site:

You need to drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day. You need to sit down and write down all the foods and beverages that you ingest for about a week. Then figure out how many calories you are eating and cut that by about 20%. You will start losing weigh and if you keep up your exercising will replace fat with muscle. Good luck!

first, learn to use punctuation. Then when you've mastered that, do your cardio after your weights, not the other way around. get lots of vegetables in and DRINK WATER! You may want to talk to a personal trainer or even your doctor because there are so many reasons why you don't seem to be seeing results. if you're not getting enough calories you won't see any results and may even gain because your body is used to the small calorie intake. I would see a trainer.

Did you consider the fact that maybe you aren't losing weight because your body is at its natural set point? This is the weight that your are supposed to be.
Trying to unnaturally force your body to lose weight is silly, unnecessary and unhealthy. And you will only put it back on, because your body will want to return to its natural set point.
You sound like you are living a really healthy life style, eating well and exercising, so just be happy with that!
Have a happy life!

You probably need to increase the time you're doing cardio. And you might need to cut the calories.
