Try drinking a glass of water. It's ok to snack as long as the snack is health and not a large portion. This is new to you so dont feel bad. Try a handful of popcorn or carrots. I also have a small yogurt by dannon Fit and Light (only45 calories) You can also try chewing sugar free gum. good luck!!
