i have a full suspension mtb so its will prolly require to get into more shape but is there any bike training recomendations? thanks

Get up to riding 25 miles at one time. Then you'll be ready. You'll want to try to average 10 mph. This will get you in with the majority of the crowd.

Don't drink too much cervesa the night before.

For a fifty mile fun ride ride. You have until April (next one)or September.

The more time you spend on your bike between now and then the better you will go. Nothing to strenuous. Push it until you start to pant (difficult to hold a conversation but not gasping) and you will improve your condition.Just have fun.

The ride sounds like a lot of fun (practise your party skills also)
