Though I don't know of this Molech that you speak of, I would sacrifice my immortal soul for the pursuit of earthly pleasure, unless of course my agnostic tendencies turn out to be false.

That would be murdur which is stated in the Bible as a law that you keep.
Thou shalt not kill.
It is also a law of the Land, you will go to jail for murdur and possibly receive the death penalty,
And for the biggest reason of all that I would not do it. There is no way that I would give my child up to anyone. I love him to much. He belongs to God because I dedicated him to my dear Lord God when he was a baby.

Some people have abortions for either financial or health reasons. Is that what your point is? But then they believe it is not a child, but a foetus. Or at least they tell themselves that - easier to live with.
