you will have your bands changed about every six weeks for a least 2 years so why not try them all, however clear and yellow both stain from foods and start to look gross. This month mine are blue cuz I wear blue jeans eveyday. Next time I am getting red for valentines day then green for saint patricks day then lots of colors for easter

Anything but the clear, they turn yellow.
