no. after five months one side of the straightner didn't heat up anymore.... the little blue light messed up and a month later it would heat up at all.... get a remington or chi..... they both work great.

YES!! I had frizzy,puffy hair and when I started using the Maxi Glide it made my hair not as thick looking and definatley not frizzy anymore!! It made it so smooth!! i can't guarantee that it will work for you, but it did wonders for me!

If i were you i would buy a CHI straightner. It is really expensive but works really good everytime. You could even create curles with it. Also you should check out CHI hair products as well. My favorite is Silk Infusion. It is queit expensive but it is worth it.
