I am a pretty inexperienced cook and I have to cook for my boyfriend & his parents tomorrow night. HELP!! What should I fix?! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. They are not picky people and will be appreciative of anything I fix, but I just need some suggestion because I'm at a loss. Also please include recipes for everything. Thanks A Bunch!!

If you are not that good a cook than go easy!

Buy one of the marinated pork loins that every grocery store has these days. follow the directions on the package. Do not over cook! This meat is cured and could be eaten medium or medium-well if you like it that way.
Instant mashed potatoes are fine or you could buy frozen twice baked.
Use a fresh veggie that is easy to cook, Green beans, broccoli or asparagus are all good choices.. It gives the meal a homemade feel.
Start with a bag of salad if you want and make sure you have a good dessert!
A frozen pie, that you bake, with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream will be just fine and offer some real good coffee!

mmmm comfort food!
