You should not particularly dislike him, but you should put things into perspective. It's not your fault since everyone is different, but he's not into you. Don't allow yourself to believe that you're big on someone who doesn't feel the same about you. It's not worth it. There are plenty of people out there who would, if they only knew you, enjoy your company. Don't settle. You don't have to.

Well, you can't always control who you are attracted to, but you can control what you do about it. If a guy has a girlfriend, then he is off limits. And if he's not calling you anymore, it's possible that he's no longer interested in pursuing a relationship anyway.
Find someone who's available and is ready to give you the type of attention you deserve.

The liking him thing you can't really turn off and on like a light switch.
But you can try to change your priorities, look for guys in other places, etc...
Because, in the end, do you really want to be sitting at home drooling over him while he is out having a great time with his girlfriend?
No way, get out there and find someone great!
