i have a big Huge bump on my chin....................its like and under the skin pimple how do i get rid of it

Steam is a good idea. Put some boiling water in a container and put your face over it for 5-10 minutes. Do this a couple of times a day until the pimple head comes up. I've heard this works, its worth a go anyway.
