Are you vomitting because you don't feel well on the pills, or are you binge eating, feeling guilty and then throwing up?

First of all, I am terribly sorry for the pressure your folks are putting you under. You need to sit down and have a talk with them NOW. I'm not sure what they are thinking and it might be best to talk to a relative or someone who can step in and wake them up a bit. If you are not comfortable with this and talking to your parents doesn't work, you need to talk with your counselor at school and get some help immediately. Do your parents now that you are vomitting?

Please get help, vommiting ruins your teeth, your throat, the acid can damage all kinds of different places in your body that will be permanent. vommiting after eating is an addiction and it would be very hard to control on your own. Get help. Once you are a bullimic you will always be one. You can stop for awhile, but the urge to purge will come back.

Diet Pills are also very dangerous. I would be interested to know what they are having you take. If you are not eating it will make you light headed. If there are certain ingredients in them, they can damage your heart permanently.

Losing weight should be done with exercise and watching the amount of food you intake. Not by pills.

Please get help, You are worth it and it would be worth it to get your parents the help too, because they must need it.

You need to get help. Maybe you could talk to someone else in your family who could explain to your parents that what they are doing to you is OUTRAGEOUS and unacceptable. If there is no one in your family, how about a teacher or a counselor or a family friend?

You should not be taking diet pills. They are dangerous and unnecessary, as you obviously know. At 15, your mum shouldn't be destroying your self esteem like this.

You need to focus on your health. If you really do have a MEDICAL reason to lose weight, then you can do so simply through healthy eating (no diet pills, eating 3 square meals a day and healthy snacks) and exercise.

If you don't have a medical reason for losing weight, then you need to tell your parents you are happy just as you are and they need to accept and love you.

There is a real possibility that you could develop an eating disorder and low self esteem, if you haven't already. Please seek help as soon as possible! Talk to a counselor or call an advice line.

Good luck!

Wow! Not good. Are you overweight? Even so diet pills are not made for teenagers. You and your parents should sit down with a pediatric dietitian. If you need to loose weight, the dietitian can help you do that safely. If not maybe the dietitian can help your parents understand what is a normal weight for someone like you.

Tell them to see this site. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). At your age the best way to control your weight is through diet and exercise.

When you have a physical with your pediatrician you can ask this question. You really should have a dialog with this person and be able to call and ask questions, even if they take a while to answer.

talk to them about that while pounds are disappearing you can't live a normal life and BE HEALTHY because you throw up,which could lead to a disorder. instead make an appointment to see a nutritionist to learn the way to eat food in right amounts and healthy snacks to help with hunger. exercise helps too. no doctor would tell you it's healthy to take TrimSpa pills because it has to a medication be prescribed. weight HAS to do with health,NOT appearance.

Tell your mom that the pills make you sick. If she doesn't listen talk to someone else in the family that will talk to your mother. If that fails go to a school counseler. What ever you do, get some help.

Don't let them do that to you. Stand up for yourself. Tell them that you don't want to take those pills anymore, and you're happy with your weight as it is. Tell them how bad you feel because of the pills they have you take. If they keep making you take those pills, tell someone. You can't let them do that to you.

i think you should stop taking diet pills, you should tell your parents to accept you for who you are. you know what i hate those people who look at others for the way they look! those are shallow people! There are lot of alternatives out there like exercise. you should go to someone and tell them about your parents. you are so young to take diet pills you might have cardiac problems.
