You'd look as if you lived in a trailor park. By that I mean trashy.

Retarded implies a mental state, so no, you wouldn't look retarded... hehe. Anyway, in my humble opinion, it looks a kind of cheap when a brunette lets their roots grow out after dying their hair blonde. However, if done properly/professionally, the shade of blonde will stay true longer. When the roots begin to show, a professional will fix the issue and it will be beautiful. Avoid using the wal*mart brands/do it yourself types, because this may turn your hair greenish orange. Be careful!

It depends on the skin tone and the level of blonde your are using for your hair.... if you have a little bit of high lights to compliment your blonde ... it would not look too weird to have blonde hair.... make sure you use a good hair toner to blend the shades in properly.

I dont think so. If you did it just right, you could even get away with some dark roots too. Check out Sarah Jessica Parker in Sex and the City (about fifth or sixth season). She pulls it off amazingly.

A person's hair color is usually closely connected with skin color. For that reason, I'd say you should stay with dark hair.
Highlight the dark hair if you want it lighter.....don't dye all of it blonde.

you won't be able to "dye" your hair blonde! To dye ability to operate extra coloration, to make it darker. i do not imagine you want to attempt this. What you meant to say become that you had to lighten your hair to a blonde. meaning you should get rid of coloration from the hair, that's to bleach the hair. there is not any incorrect thanks to get rid of coloration. recognize also that that is an enduring change -- you may't "wash" out the blonde and bypass decrease back on your own coloration. you may in user-friendly words get rid of it by technique of cutting that hair off. you may coloration over it for sure, yet you'll nonetheless have the damaged bleached hair with a gloomy coloration on it. as to in case you should or could have a blonde coloration, you would possibly want to be extra effective off to have a consultation first with a qualified specialist hair colourist, as continuously. they could do a ideal diagnosis of your hair to work out in case you'll get basic sufficient, what coloration of blonde might want to be acceptable for you (there are 1000's of diverse 'blondes'), they could clarify the approach, the way you want to guard your hair, how often you want to do a retouch, and how a lot this prices. also ask them a thanks to get rid of it once you regulate your innovations. when you've maximum of those data, then you surely are making the appointment to do the change. you do not do it and then challenge about the effects later.

Depends on your skin tone really. There are people that may look good with that color, on the other hand, someone like me (med. brown) with my skin tone will never look good with blond hair. Best way to check is to log on to www.clairol.com and upload your pic- then you can try different colors.

It depends. It is very rare to see an oriental girl pull off blond, in fact it is one of my pet peeves when I see an oriental girl with blond hair because we're not meant to have blond hair for a reason!
You shouldn't be dying your hair anyway, stick with your natural color. I know plenty of guys who prefer brunettes.

Well, look at Beyonce`. She's an African American with blonde hair but she looks way beautiful. And you're white, so you'd pull it off a lot better unless you're Asian.

No if it looks good on you. ;) Consider your skin tone too and the shade of blonde hair. But I'd go for staying a brunette. :)
