About 40 minutes in a covered baking dish - (er, this is for boneless skinless, if it's got skin and bone, make it an hour).
Put a Tablespoon of olive oil, some pepper and a little garlic in the bottom of the baking dish, a little rosemary and lemon or white wine if you have it too. Put the chicken breasts in the dish, turn them a couple times to coat them with the oil and spices, cover the dish and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or more. Don't worry if you overcook, so long as the dish is covered the chicken will just get more tender.
This is my no-fuss super easy dinner that I do all the time.
You can also cut up potatoes to small bite sized pieces and put them in with the chicken, add a little extra oil and mix the potatoes around in it with your hands to be sure they are covered with oil. If you add potatoes you'll have to cook it for an extra 10 or 15 minutes.
Good luck!

I don't bake chicken breasts because they get dried out. How long does he cook them on the grill. If you are talking about a big piece of breast with the bone in it, I'd say 350 for 1/2 hour. Oil and season as you do on the grill, put them in a pan with a rack, put a little water in the bottom, drape some aluminum foil over the top and bake for about 1/2 hours or until nice and brown. I think the internal temp should be 160 degrees. Good luck.

It depends on the weight of the bird how long you need to cook it. A temperature of 325 in the oven is enough, and since the two chicken breasts are likely to weigh about 1 1/2 pounds to 2 pounds total, you'll want to bake or roast them fifty minutes to an hour - to an internal temperature of 160 degrees (buy and use a meat thermometer; they're cheap insurance against food-borne illness).

I lightly pound the chicken breasts so they're flatter, then prepare with your specific recipe. Then I bake it at 500 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
The combination of thin strips/breasts of chicken, a high temperature, and a short cooking time, makes it very tender. :)

About 45 min on 350 or until the internal juices run clear. Could be up to an hour if your oven isn't as strong or if the meat is cut really thick. Enjoy!

If you want them really juicy and not dried out, do 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, BUT make sure you cover them until the last 15 minutes or you'll dry them out.
