I have a fellow soldier in my unit with the same condition. As long as you don't have any complications from it, you should be good to go. At worst, the MEPS doctor may require you to have a letter from your family physician stating you are fit for duty. If that's the case, you'll be allowed to join with a waiver. Good luck.

I had a friend who had that condition. He was a superb athlete, so I don't see why the Marine Corps would fail you even if you passed all the physicals. Corrective surgery or not.

If it does not affect your physical well-being, and you can pass basic/physical, you are golden.
