Migraines are usually only on one side of the head, but have all the symptoms that you described. There are different prescription medications that you can take or you can try a bunch of different medications at home.
Tylenol is a pain pill which you could take with Ibuprofen or Naproxen (which is an anti-inflammatory drug and also a pain pill) which you can also take with various other decongestants or antihistamines if your sinuses are affected. These kinds of things in combination with caffeine (which constricts the blood vessels) may help- so take them with a Mountain Dew or a big cup of coffee. Then try laying down in a cool, dark room and putting an ice pack on your head. If no luck, go to the ER.

That is a migraine for sure. If you can, have someone get you some regular Excederin and take two of them. Then lay down with a cold compress on your forehead in a dark room and try to sleep for at least a half an hour or more. It should be gone by then. I have suffered migraines for years. If you can't get some excedrine, take 3 generic aspirin. Non aspirins do not work.

Blurred vision, nausea and light sensativity are common with a migraine as well as the head ache. If you have not had this type of headache before and it does not recede with medication you should see your doctor just to be safe.

If it is a migraine, it usually dunks in the head (more intensive), more than a very painful headache. You can always also ask a doctor. Hope you get better!

Sounds like a migraine to me. Go take a shower and lay down. That's what I do when I get one.
