well im 15 and i ahve a female friend that i always talk to online and in person and i always tell who i like and she used to tell me who she likes but lately she's been like i dont like anybody so i was wondering if anybody had any tips for me to ask her out

continue to talk to her and ask her if she'd like to go to the movies with you sometime. It's as easy as that. If she likes you the same way, you like her than she will accept. If she doesn't then at least you will know. Good luck!

she never said that she likes you. But if you are interested in her, go for it. What do you have to loose? If you get shot down, laugh about it, and move on
