My problem is that I feel nauseated somehow every morning, and it usually makes me want to vomit (at least feel like vomitting) especially after breakfast and during showers. I don't know if its nerves about school (since I DON'T hate school really, I actually like it), or just gas?

Do you shower after eating? That might have an effect. Also, what do you normally eat for breakfast? Try changing your breakfast foods to see if it helps. Also don't take vitamins or medicines on an empty stomach. Eat something first and then take them.

it sounds like the vagus nerve. it is a huge nerve that runs from your butt all the way to your head. when the nerve gets stimulated it can cause extreme nausia and almost fainting or fainting. its really completely harmless but in some cases they can do some work on it. ask your dr. about vagus nerve syncope the way you pronouce that is vaygus nerve sinkopee you are having pre-syncope since you are not passing out. have your blood pressure checked could be that too. if its happening often see the dr.

Take some Pepto and just breathe deep (it sounds silly, but if you just concentrate on breathing for a few minutes, it will calm you and your stomach down). If that doesnt work, go see a doctor.

Maybe you are eating something that you are allergic to? Like dairy? milk, butter, cheese, etc...
