had both pnamonia and his 5 heart attack. 5 heart attack yeah I can see that but before my dad died he was over and he asked me just a silly question as normal if his breath smelt bad and I said yeah and then he kept breathing on me. I am just comming down with cold like symtoms as of approximently 20 minutes ago from now. We have heart diesease in our family but my heart was fine olast time I checked. Can somebody please help me?

Go to the doctor. It may be a simple cold, but to put your mind at ease you should go. You need to be able to tell the doctor how your father passed. Medical records and or death certificate would probably help also. Sorry for your loss and I hope you feel better real soon.

i assume you're going to the doctor but in my opinion the following over-the-counter products can sometimes help a little with a cold:
airborne cold remedy
zinc (airborne has some already)
vitamin c
echiniacea/goldenseal
garlic
don't overdo zinc. your dad was older than you so that is one reason to not be so worried.
i've read that hot showers interspersed with cold showers (20 seconds) is good for circulation, which is good for the common cold.
rest and hydration are good. yoga is good. don't eat sugar.
the thing to remember with pneumonia is that we all carry the germs for it. it is only when it gets into the lungs that it is a problem.
what cold symptoms do you have? stretch a sore throat, warm saline nasal rinse for nasal problems.

The only thing you could have gotten from him is pneumonia, and so go to a Dr. and see. You can't get a heart attack from someone breathing in your face unless they scare you to death and your ticker isn't that good anyway.

Are you afraid of getting pneumonia? For a healthy person pneumonia can be easily treated if treated in the early stages with anti-biotics. Very few people who are normally healthy have to go to the hospital.

pneumonia? It can be bad it is centered in ur lungs so if u start getting a cough then id see a doctor...i have had pneumonia every year since i dont remember when..... if you are young its not much of a chance of death if u are healthy. u should be cautious and not afraid
