The best pizza in NYC is not in Manhattan - it's in Brooklyn. The four best places - in order.

DiFaro's on Avenue J and East 15th Street (right downstairs from the Avenue J stop on the Q train) - they sell pizza by the slice - I've never seen Mr DeMarco reheat a slice - there is never anything left - people are always waiting for a fresh pie to come out of the oven (TimeOut New York named this as the best pizza in New York).

Totonno's on Neptune Avenue near Stillwell in Coney Island (only whole pies and their hours are sporadic - when they finish the dough, they don't make more, they close)

L&B Spumoni Gardens on 86th Street near Avenue U (great ices and spumoni here, too) - outdoor seating at picnic tables with umbrellas - very crowded in warm weather.

Grimaldi's in DUMBO near the Brooklyn Bridge on Old Fulton Street.

The best pizza in Manhattan is Lombardi's in Soho on Spring Street (Lombardi's was the first pizza place in the US - and it's still serving excellent pizza)

Tottono's Pizza in Coney Island, I thought I knew where the best pizza was, until somebody took me to "Tottono's"

YOU'LL BE RUINED LIKE I WAS

Now I drive a 1/2 hr into Brooklyn to get pizza at "Tottono's", how can I eat anywhere else now ?

*Coal Oven 1800*F
* Real fresh Mozzerella cheese (none of that yellow cheese food Mozzerella everyone else uses)
* Tons of celebrety's walking in and out, autographed pictures of yankees, actors, etc.

Please don't ask for a slice, they only sell whole pizza's and the whole place will STOP, if you ask for a slice !

Almost any pizza place on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx will have great pizza because the neighborhood knows good pizza from bad.

This will sound so weird, but the best pizza I had was at Whole Foods inside the Time Warner mall, across from Columbus Circle. It was divine!

pass to the Aussie Cafe and function a Aussie Meat Pie lined in Tomato Sauce or a Pie Floater with a large number of green peas on surprising. then you definitely can get a Aussie hamburger made with kangaroo meat with the lot and meaning the lot, alongside with the kitchen sink and a boomerang thrown in for solid degree mate.
