international bankers i think would be the closest thing to that ... they envision a world financial system centralized under their control ... they pretty much use central banks on a country by country basis to control and fleece countrys' of their wealth ... the ultimate is to get the control under one system and to control all the worlds wealth centrally .. and i think thats what the trends we see today are leading towards
