I am about 150 lbs and i know that I should only be taking about 1800 calories per day..but you see, I work out and run and box..and im hungry alot! Im guessing im taking in about 1200-1400 calories per day..

If I continue this 'diet' of mine, will I still get muscular or will the lack of food just compromise my goal? As far as weight loss, it isnt really a concern, but id definitely want to burn that 5-10lbs of hidden fat. Any help is much appreciated! :D

Im active for about 90-120 mins a day..depends on what exercises im doing that day..and I cant believe I forgot to mention but I AM taking whey protein shakes.. 3 times a day. So with all that said, considering my 1200-1400 (shakes included), will being active for 90-120 mins a day by means of running, weight lifting, and boxing, will I gain muscle and have no health problems due to my lower than needed calorie intake? Hi! here's your answer!

If you haven’t heard of Hoodia yet, you soon will because it is being touted as the new miracle supplement for safe, effective weight loss. Hoodia gordonii, (Hoodia) is the botanical name for a cactus like plant that grows in Southern Africa. Scientists have recently isolated several compounds in this amazing plant that are responsible for dramatic weight loss. This all-natural appetite suppressant is also being applauded for containing no dangerous stimulants that caused adverse side effects associated with weight loss products of the last decade.

"I secretly bought products (27 different ones) from their sites just like you will. After testing them extensively however, only 3 of the companies sell hoodia that is worth paying for...the HoodiThin hoodia liquid is easiest to swallow and digest, starts working in 15 minutes."

Scientists at the South African Center for Scientific and Industrial Research were the first to successfully prove that Hoodia contains a miracle molecule that suppresses the appetite. Later, a human clinical trial was conducted by scientists in Leicester England. A group of morbidly obese men and women participated. Half the group were given Hoodia and half were given a placebo. At the end of 15 days, the group on Hoodia had reduced their food intake by 1000 calories a day. Given the average daily diet is around 2200 calories, this was a stunning success.

If your activity level is high, you should be taking on more calories than average to gain. High-intensity athletes can take on at least twice the normal rate. That may be a bit excessive for "normal" athletes, though. It really depends on what your goals are, too. For instance, a bodybuilder or powerlifter's requirements are going to be different than that of a competitive runner or biker.
