Make one!
Go to google and find a bunch of pictures of cocker spaniels you like. Save them into a folder on your desktop.
Then, go to your desktop and right click on empty space. Click on 'Properties'.
Go to the tab called Screensaver and tell the computer that you want the screensaver to play images from the folder you made with the pictures inside it. And voila! A personalized screen saver.

I DONT KNOW BUT BE CAREFUL, I JUST LEARNED YOU CAN GET VIRUSES FROM DOWNLOADING SCREEN SAVERS AND SPYWARE. NOT WORTH IT!!! JUST TAKE A PICTURE YOURSELF OF ONE AND ADD IT TO THE COMPUTER : )
