How do I convert a .bro file to a more common .htm or .rtf file?

I used PrintShop Deluxe and after several hours of working on my brochure, I can't find a printer (an actual person who works as a printer!) who can open a .doc file.

I do not have this software, but I am just guessing you should be able to click the drop-down menu for Save as type: .html or .rtf when you go to save it.
