You ned to hose it high pressure, if there are any lingering bits then let it dry and use a stick or something to clear it away (leave them outside).
Don't take it out on the dog though lol

Um clean it off? I know that may sound crazy but i heard it works well in situations like this.

wipe it off. wash it, with gloves and hot water. then spray with lysol. but if i wear you, i'd burn it. i wouldn't want someones shoes that stepped on dog doo all over my flooe

if you are bare foot... stick your foot into the toilet and shake off all the crap then sit on the tub edge and scrub the hell out of your foot. if you had your shoe on then wipe all of it off on the grass and then turn the hose on it and then throw them in the washer. gross... sorry.;

Rub ice on it, and then pick it off with a knfe once its solid and cold. It'll come right off.
