you could only get a restricted one to drive to and from work.

ok i'm a probation officer and if u need to get a restricted license u have to file a motion with the court for "work, school and church" purposes..the court then will review ur case and can grant u driving privileges.. this means u can drive from your home to work or school or church.. this does not mean u can stop at the grocery store on the way home from work or stop at the gas station to get gas this means solely to go to and from work school or church.. you will also have to get an sr22 bond from the department of motor vehicles which is approximately $500 plus your insurance is now going to be high because your technically suspended and you must carry this form with you at all times when you are driving and have verification of your place of employment, schooling and church depending on where u are driving to and from.. if you can afford to do it go for it if not then ur better off finding alternate transportation..

In Fl. there is a license that a person could get called a "hardship license". This allows you to go to work, store, church, and school only. I'm not sure if any othetr states does the same but good luck.

a million. you would be going to detention center for regardless of your unique sentence is. 2. you will lose ALL governmental advantages on a similar time as in detention center. 3. You further it on your self. you haven't any longer anybody in charge yet you.

you need to approach a court official for the forms to fill out. if for work purposes you may be given one. maybe...
you have to define the path you will take to work and home, and the hours you will be traveling those routes. at least thats how it works here in NZ. and you wont always be granted it.
