If you think "I am going to keep my eyes open when I sneeze this time" then yeah you will but most of the time your eyes shutting is just a reflex your body does.

when you sneeze the air is coming out of your body at (i've heard) 35 mph; you shut your eyes to keep them from popping out of your head. so no, your body will not physically allow you to sneeze with your eyes open.

Maybe if you use your fingers to keep your eyelids open, your eyes will just roll around in your head. I nearly tried and my eyes rolled upward like a zombie. lol
