Be confident and comfortable with yourself. Don't act the way you think people want you to act, but be yourself. People can often tell when you're being fake, and rarely do they like it. Smile, giggle, make eye contact, make cute jokes and talk about something you know the other person is interested in. Don't be overly sexually aggressive, that can be a total turn off to the other person.

Okay well it depends on what your purpose of flirting is.
If you are giving off the Im open 24 hours like a 7-11 signal, then thats just wrong .. But to each thier own.
I prefer to make eye contact with him across the room, look away and then look at him again. Then you will get his attention and he will suddenly realize that there is someone across the room that has suddenly captures his attention. Then work it from there ...
Ohh the good ol days of flirting .. If winter will go away I can break that out again ....

Im a girl, but heres what works really well
Ralph Laurens "Cool". This scent turns on so many guys. Its like that Axe commmericial except with the guys running.
Physical contact-on the arms, or playing with hands (idk, bring up something like How to Hold Hands)
Mess up hair, wrestling, plenty of hugs...
Oh and make them wee bits jealous.
For example, if you want the guy to run the extra mile, say something like
OH! Guys friend-so you would be better at this....your so cute....(usual schpiel)
Then you go to the guy you like- I was just kidding!!! And hug him and stuff.
The sweep of relief seems to help.
