I'm trying to put together a slideshow and it won't let me rearrange my photos so one plays at a different spot than another....I have tried everything. You should just be able to drag and drop it at a different spot in the list of photos to be used in the slideshow right?

LOL...and what does Mac advertise? Oh, our software is so much simpler than PC, but our customers can't make heads or tails of it HA!

mac: Hello, I'm a mac
pc: And I'm a PC

mac: I'm full of crap!
pc: I always knew that...why do you think 90+% of the planet buys PCs

Hello kicker092,

It's OK. Just ignore the bad Windows Nazi.

You click the little plus sign on the bottom left inside iPhoto. That puts a new folder on the side. You name that and then you drag and drop the photos that you want for the slide show in there. The photos are still in the main Photo Library, but you only use this new folder for the slide show.

Now open up that folder and you should be able to click, and hold the images, drag and drop the photos in the correct order. There will be a dark line telling you that the image will fit between those two images.

I'm not 100 percent that the slide show will show them in a certain order, or whether the images show up randomly. There might be a preferences setting that will control that. You'll have to play with it some more.

Best of luck to you.
