Water sports -- a minimum of eight sessions per week, plus a sensible diet. The reason for choosing water sports is that a) they are fun and b) they minimize joint problems.

I wake up early every morning to run before school. Then if there's time, I do a few sets of situps. When I get home I go running again, and I do pushups and upper body stuff after that. Each day I increase the distance I run by .13 miles. My goal is to run in the Boston Marathon next year!

There are many ways to keep fit:
*running
*sit ups or crunches
* push ups
*playing a sport
*eating healthy foods such as fruits n veggies
*watching excercise tv on ON DEMAND (if you have it) and doing the workouts that they teach you
*jumping jacks
*go to your local gym
*ride a bike

i am 56 and i walk every day about 1 or 2 miles. srecently we had a bad snow here in wa. i walked to church about total6 miles and i was so sore, but later i felt better. we are so use to our cars and buses, we tend to forget about what we would do if we had nothing except our feet to get around. we need to eat godd food and sometimes a good snck or a splurge on a favorite, just dont overdo it, you need to have the right carbs to. there is a site you can go to online to get the correct weight and foods to eat.just type in weight management.com

exercise 3-4 times a week for an hour each time.

usually i hoola hoop and jump rope or take a Quick jog around the block and to warm up I stretch and then I dance to some jams for fifteen minutes!
