eggs cooked or raw are a good source of protein.
so are nuts, beans, legumes, wholegrains...
animal products are too. all meats and dairy like milk, cheese...etc...
think about the atkins diet. i'm not telling you to go on it, definitely not! but think about those foods. it's a high protein diet

yes egg whites are protein (cooked or raw) and yolks are fatty. Be careful for food poisening w/ raw eggs.
fish, some dairy, poultry, legumes, peanutbutter, meat, and some tofu are good things to eat for protein.

Raw eggs are a good way to increase your chances of food poisoning. Please cook them!
Be careful not to consume too much protein, it can harm your kidneys.

Please don't eat raw eggs, dude.
You need protein, but not too much. Look for protein in all the food categories, really. Try Googling it or actually consulting a doctor to see how much you need.
Too much = kidney damage.

CTT - chicken, turkey, tuna. Lean ground beef is good. You also have legumes (beans and some nuts), dairy, some whole grain foods, and soy products (tofu and soy milk, etc).
