No. Time and chance happeneth to all. There is the cycle of life and an imperfect world we live in. Everything is in His control. We also suffer from wrong choices we make, from the consequences of sin. Why can't people just trust God as God? He is just, righteous, does not tempt any man, worthy of all praise, loves to give good gifts to His children. He wants us to beleive in who He is and is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. He gave us His all and He wants us to give us our all; our lives as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Him which is our reasonable service. The retirement benefits are out of this world and eternal and we can't even imagine what all that God has in store for us! On the other hand, the devil steals, kills and seeks whom he may devour. He doesn't pay any good wages but decieves folks into thinking that the ways of a transgressor are not going to end in death and are not hard.
There is no Scripture thus no factual basis for such an idea as this question poses and I haven't found it in any of my experiences and I've had some tough trials and many huges losses in my life and in the lives of many friends and relatives. The secret is this; Jesus is the resurrection and the life. If we had hope in this life only, we would be of all men most miserable. When we have troubles, we have God. When we are sad, He comforts our hearts. One day God will wipe away all tears from our eyes and those wicked who lived comfortable lives will then be in torments. The end of the matter is God is just in all His ways and judgments which are past finding out.

If you fail to obey shouldn't you lose out on your blessing? Don't you know there is a devil who wants to kick your but. He does just that when you fail or stumble out of God's blessings. So strive to stay in the blessing.

No. How would He be? I mean, He gives everybody the free--yes, FREE--gift of salvation thru Jesus Christ. All we have to do is accept it. Its up to the individual to have faith.
