To answer your question - no, you will not get fat based on the diet you've described. Generally speaking, oatmeal is healthier than cereal because oatmeal is more of a complex carbohydrate which your body will burn slowly, as opposed to the often refined carbs found in most cereals. Also, you need to watch the sugar content in your cereal - it's often loaded with added sugar, which will definitely increase the speed at which your body stores it as fat. In other words, consuming a bowl of oatmeal means there's a less chance that your body will store it as fat compared to most sugary cereals. Hope this helps.

Will you get fat? Well that all depends on you physical needs and your caloric intake. Your current intake is not what I would call healthy. It is mainly carbohydrate and lacking in several food groups. 1. Ever hear of vegetables? 2. The milk you use should be skim. 3. Are you adding butter to your oatmeal, if so then you are just adding additional calories and fat. I would suggest you try expanding your diet. Unless you have a lot of will power, you will not be able to stick to eating the same thing every day. Doesn't that get boring. Here's a goal: 5 a day (5 servings of fruits and vegetables). Try eating a wide variety of foods, watch portion sizes and be physically active.

It sounds like you need a little bit more balance in the diet. Oatmeal is good - whole grains are always good (as long as you're not eating the instant, heavily processed stuff). Try the steel-cut or Irish oats. They're much better for you.
I would say cut down on the cereal. That is a lot of refined sugar and processed carbs you're taking in. It might eventually send your blood sugar higher - plus with heightened sugar intake, you will gain weight.

You are not getting enough calories in your diet and this can seriously affect your overall health. Are you not including vegetable into your diet or whole grain foods like rice and bread? You need carbohydrates in your diet or your body will go into a starvation mode and limit the amount of energy used, and slow down your metabolism if you do not include this in your diet. If you want to increase your metabolism then you need to eat more often but small meals, and include more calories into your diet. When you consume your cereal are you using soy milk, almond, rice or dairy milk? Dairy milk is high in fat content and so is all meat products. Try going on a VEGAN diet. You can eat as many foods as you want as long as you eliminate dairy and meat from your diet. Eat lot's of fresh veggies and fruits and drink at least 1 gallon of water a day. Be sure to include exercise too!

i think you should add some more fruits and vegetables. cereal and some oatmeals tend to have tons of sugar..i would be careful of that. try buying all natural oatmeal and make it with water or skim milk. for dinner i would have a huge salad with some veggies in it instead.

What you need is to put some more proteins in your diet. From what I'm seeing, you eating mostly carbs with some fruit. You need to vary your diet more to have a healthy diet. Add more fruits, veggies, dairy products, and proteins. This will keep you at a healthy weight, and make for more interesting meals,
Hope that helped. :D

No, you will not get fat, you might become very ill. You need more nutrients!!! If you don't get any vitamins or protein you will waste away, your hair will fall out and you will feel terrible. I suggest you talk to a nutritionist. You need to eat more, and better.
