get him and the girl he is with now and then have him stand between you and the other girl and then start pulling on him until one of you gets him and the girl that gets him can have him.

Well, you can be his friend, and if he decides he likes you more than he does her, maybe something could happen. Just make sure he's not still with her if something does come between the two of you, and don't expect too much. That's what you can do if "taken" means he has a girlfriend. If he stays with her, then he's not for you. Everything happens for a reason. If "taken" means he has a wife, then get out of the situation as soon as possible.

move on. boys are like pennies. they are easy to find, almost worthless, and there are so many out there. that's how i look at it. there are more fish in the sea. sorry, but it sounds like he's not really looking for a relationship with you right now. try some other guys for a while. if you still find that you like him, maybe he'll return the favor. try not to waste all of your precious energy on that one guy who's already taken.

Leave him alone. If he's with someone else, that's too bad. You can't get everything you want in life. The sooner you realize that, the better off you'll be. If by some fluke, he breaks up with her to be with you, just remember, he'll probably do that to you one day. It's not worth it so leave it alone until he's no longer in a relationship.

Respect his relationship. I know it hurts...but if he is with her and not you...it's for a reason. And think about being in her position...how would you feel if someone was pursuing your b/f? Would you accept the excuse..."I'm sorry..but I really really wanted him and I was tired of waiting. That is more important than hurting you."? I think not.

I guess even if you like him you just hope he is happy. Keep in mind that if he wasn't for you its because there's someone better than him for you. Things happen for a reason.
