i have 30 individual word documents which i need to print many copies of and in a specific order. is there any way i can put all the documents in my preffered order in a new document??? i want a quick way to do so as they are catalouges that need printing for my superviser NOW!!

Yes, use the Insert/File command, and insert them in the correct order, one after the other.

Even better news... if you have the files named well so that they happen to be in the correct order in the list when you click on Insert/File, you can select multiple files with the Control Key to get them in all at once. (It inserts them in the order they are listed, NOT in the order you click them.)

There used to be an added part to Microsoft Office called Microsoft Binder, unfortunately that was discontinued. The best way I've used is Adobe Acrobat. You can download a trial version on the website. Anyway, it's great! :)
