i am 13 i weigh 94-96 pounds. im fine with my weight. it is the belly i have i have to suck in to look a little skinner. i want to look it naturally so i can go out in a bathing suite. so i am 5' 1" and i ave alot of muscle just not in certain areas (biceps abbs) how can i work on these at the same time. please help NO STUPID ANSWERS.

P.S. most of my weight is muscle

eat lots of vegetable and fruits.
cut out all fruit juices and soda
no junk food or high in sugar/fat foods
exercise

I am so mad at the world we live in. You are only 13!!! You shouldn't be feeling insecure about your body!

You sound like you are a healthy, happy young woman. You should be happy with your body the way it is and not try to change it! Just eat well and exercise so that you can live a long healthy life, not so you can meet society's ridiculous expectations of what women should look like!

Also, it is very dangerous to try and lose weight or fat in a week. The only way to do this is by seriously risking your health. Please just wear your bathing suite, go swimming, and be happy!

Crunches or sit ups, try doing a few reps in the morning and a few at night.
